Stages of Delivery
- Processing Time: This includes order verification, packing, and preparation. Processing duration may vary depending on your location and order volume.
- Shipping Time: Begins once your order has been processed and is based on the selected shipping method and destination.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST may start processing on the next business day.
Deliveries may be delayed during high-volume periods or promotional events.
We partner with leading carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The estimated delivery time includes both the processing and shipping stages.

Shipping Delays or Issues

- For unexpected delays, feel free to reach out—we typically respond within 12 hours.
Missing Deliveries
If tracking shows your package as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:
- Check around your delivery area thoroughly.
- Contact the carrier directly for clarification.

Incorrect Shipping Information
- We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Please double-check your shipping details at checkout and contact us immediately at support@novagear.com if you need to make any changes.
Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
- Any customs duties, taxes, or related import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- If a package is refused or not delivered after multiple attempts, Novagear is not liable for any resulting charges or refunds.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, and refunds are not guaranteed in these cases.
