Returns and Refunds
Before completing your order, please review all details—such as size, style, and quantity-carefully. Because we process orders quickly, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges due to errors in selection (e.g., wrong size, item, or design).
If an error happens, you have up to 6 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order and place a new one. If you need help beforehand, feel free to reach out so we can ensure you have all the information you need.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of being placed. After this time, it’s possible your order has already moved to fulfillment or has been shipped.

Return Period
Returns are eligible within 30 days of delivery. After this timeframe, we’re unable to issue refunds or accept returned items.
Valid Reasons for Return
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Received the incorrect item
- Received the wrong size or material
- Product delivered doesn't match what was ordered
- Product does not match the description on our site
Return Conditions
- Item must be in its original packaging and condition
- Must not have been worn, washed, or altered
- The issue must be a result of our error
- All original tags must be attached
- Minor imperfections like loose threads are not considered valid defects
What’s Required for a Refund
- Shipping label or purchase receipt
- Proof of purchase
- Clear photos of the defect or issue
- Screenshots of any related communication (e.g., email threads)
How to Initiate a Return or Refund

Our Customer Support team will review your request and get back to you within 2–3 business days. Be sure to check your email inbox for updates.
We'll provide specific return instructions once your request has been approved. Refunds are only issued once your return eligibility is confirmed.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping fee. This cost will not be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received, allow up to 2 business days for processing. You’ll receive an email confirmation along with a full refund, which includes your original shipping cost.
